Holiday Villa Hotel and Residence City Centre, Doha is a 5-star hotel and apartment  located in Doha's prime commercial area, a ten minutes drive from Doha International Airport and easily accessible to Aspire Zone, Education City and Al-Waab City. 

Qatar is a peninsula in the Arabian Gulf, surrounded by water on three sides and bordering only with Saudi Arabia. It is approximately 240 kilometers from north to south and less than 160 km wide. The hotel has a total 734 guest rooms out of which 376 units of apartments and 358 hotel rooms. All hotel rooms consists of Deluxe Room, One Bedroom Suite, Executive Suite and a Royal suite. For corporate travellers there is an Executive Lounge offering private check-in and check-out services and personalised services in total comfort and privacy. All our rooms are fitted with 5 star facilities, fully carpeted with attached bathroom, LCD TV with satellite television programs, interactive TV and internet facilities.

The serviced apartments consist of 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units with full kitchen facilities. All of our units come with a free car park for its residents and available for short and long term stays.

OTHER FACILITIES AND GUEST SERVICES

The hotel provides two meeting rooms with a seating capacity of 120 persons, a banquet/conference hall that can accommodate up to 300 persons, three units of board rooms and a full business centre to cater to the business and corporate clients. In addition, secretarial services are also available.

The hotel is surrounded by commercial space which will offer hair and beauty salon, bank, gift shop, alfresco cafes, supermarket, laundry, boutiques and many more.

Qatar Airways, the country’s national airline flies to 81 destination world wide. Other international airlines and Middle Eastern airlines fly into Doha International Airport.

Taxis are available at the airport. Private cars are also available for rental at the arrival hall. The hotel is located 10 minutes from Doha International Airport.
